AAT 501 Cutting Compound

3D AAT 501 Cutting Compound is a professional first-step compound for paint correction. It is made to remove sanding marks, oxidation, deeper swirls, and more visible imperfections before the finishing stage.

Use it when a normal polish or one-step product is not aggressive enough. AAT 501 works best with a cutting pad during the defect-removal stage, then can be followed with a finishing polish when the surface needs higher clarity and cleaner gloss.

This is a body-shop style cutting compound for correction and leveling, not final protection. After compounding, the paint should usually be refined and protected with wax, sealant, or coating.

How to use
