Delivery Policy

All orders for Automenu are processed within a maximum of 1 business day and handed over to our trusted third-party courier partners for delivery across Tbilisi and Georgia; orders placed near the end of the day will be processed the following business day. Shipping rates, delivery timelines (typically 1 to 2 business days in Tbilisi), and local fees in GEL are calculated at checkout. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable Georgian phone number, as the courier will call prior to drop-off, and failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability will incur a re-delivery fee.

While we ensure secure packaging for all liquids and heavy goods, Automenu is not liable for transit delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen traffic conditions. Customers must inspect packages upon receipt in the presence of the driver. In the event of transit damage or leaks, customers must note the issue with the courier, photograph the packaging, and notify us within 8 days at info@automenu.ge to arrange a replacement or refund.
